Leadership Challenge consists of six to nine mini workshops, each based on a case study that is purpose written real or imaginary story. All situations are dilemma, challenge or a tight spot. Participants read the case, discuss its details in their groups, debate possible solutions and make up their minds. Next stage is a role play in which a leader and his team play the story characters and try to solve the issue. High energy drama and great learning opportunities. At the end the trainer debriefs and helps participants on how to apply their learnings at their work place.
